For more than 100 years, Bayer employees have donated more than $100,000,000 to the United Way of Greater St. Louis and its 160+ agencies – an incredible accomplishment reflecting the dedication and generosity on which this campaign relies. As we move into the next century of our partnership, we are more dedicated than ever to moving humanity forward by seeking ways to make our, “Health for all, Hunger for None,” a reality in St. Louis and beyond.

In 2022, together with the company matching program, we gave over $2.8 million to the greater St. Louis region. From providing emergency food response to families in need to supporting first responders and essential workers with childcare and other services, we are helping people live their best possible lives.

Larger economic prices have impacted the cost of living and financial freedom for families, which is why our increased goal of $3 million reflects United Way’s commitment to keeping up with rising costs for our community members. When Bayer employees participate in events at Chesterfield and Creve Coeur and volunteer at and attend team bonding activities, it increases the excitement around supporting United Way – which also encourages others to participate and donate.
